November 29, 2017:  The Law Office of Stephanie Albrecht-Pedrick, LLC is proud to support Sock Rock this season.  Sock Rock collects new packages of socks (men, women or children sizes) to donate to the homeless.  Did you know that socks are the most needed but least donated item at homeless shelters?   Help keep someone warm and pick up a pack of socks to donate today!  Donations can be dropped off at the office.  For more information on Sock Rock, check out Sock Rock’s Facebook page.

September 27, 2017:  Ms. Pedrick is proud to announce the launch of her new firm: Law Office of Stephanie Albrecht-Pedrick, LLC.  The office is conveniently located along historic Shore Road (South Main Street) in Pleasantville, NJ.  Ms. Pedrick is excited about her new venture and looks forward to serving her clients in her new location.

May 16, 2017:  Ms. Pedrick will be the featured speaker in the first series of Lunch-N-Learn events hosted by the networking group “ACES” (Atlantic Cape Entrepreneurs for Success).  Ms. Pedrick will be discussing “guardianships”.  The event takes place at LaPizzatega Restaurant in Linwood, NJ from 11:30am to 12:30pm.  Cost is $15 per person, and includes gratuity.  This event is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

January 4, 2017:  Stephanie Albrecht-Pedrick was a featured speaker at the January  meeting of the Vincent S. Haneman Inn of Court, a legal organization devoted to promoting civility and professionalism in the practice of law.  Stephanie spoke about New Jersey’s newly enacted child support statute which takes effect on February 1, 2017.  Stephanie is a member of the Executive Board of the Inn and has been active in the Inn since 2002.

January 1, 2017:  Stephanie Albrecht-Pedrick was made a partner with her firm Youngblood Franklin Sampoli & Coombs, P.A.  She is grateful for the opportunity to be a part of her firm’s future and is energized and ready to begin this new chapter in her career.

November 15, 2016:  Stephanie Albrecht-Pedrick helped organize a business networking reception at the Cornerstone Commerce Center in Linwood, NJ.  The event raised over $1,000 for the Atlantic County Women’s Center Thanksgiving Basket fundraiser.

July 27, 2016: Termination of parental rights in adoptions:   Indigent parents in New Jersey who face termination of their parental rights in a contested adoption matter have the RIGHT to be represented by an attorney!  Click here to read the legal decision.

June 22, 2016:  Good News for workers!  The NJ Supreme Court has ruled that employers cannot retaliate against workers due to a change in marital status such as divorce or separation – even if the break up turns ugly!  Click here for the Story.


June 13, 2016:  Stephanie was a guest on the morning radio show Law Talk Live with King Arthur Gropper on June 11, 2016.  She spoke about Family Law issues.  Some specific points of discussion included premarital agreements, bankruptcy and divorce, alimony reform, retirement, emancipation and the cost of a divorce.  ICYMI, you can listen here.
